Chef d’Cuisine • Sous Chef • Prep Cook • Line Cook • Pastry
Chef
Servers (must be team oriented, focused, and experienced in fine dining)
Bussers • Bartenders • Dishwashers • Part-time Catering Staff
Our level of service requires all our chefs to be hands-on chefs, they must have
an extensive knowledge of inventory, cost control, and sanitation procedures.
They must be excellent communicators that can contribute to a dynamic kitchen
team.
