Wok-Roasted Edamame

2nd Course:

Spicy tune tartare, tempura eggplant

Oysters with watermelon mignonette

Beef satay, papaya chutney

3rd Course:

(choose 1)

Heart of palm, tomato, avocado

Shrimp ceviche, chilies, wonton chips

Yellow curry, duck, mint

4th Course:

Kobe beef, watermelon, pomegranate

Shrimp, scallop, orange, bok choy

Sweet & sour pork, mango, gai lan

5th Course:
